After long consideration and with mixed emotions, we have decided to retire and move on to our next chapter. This decision was not easy, but we feel it is the right time.

We both extend our gratitude for the trust and loyalty you have shown us over the years. It has been an honor to work with each and every one of you. Some of you have been with us since Michael’s father started the firm in 1965. It has been quite a journey over the past almost 60 years! We have thoroughly enjoyed working with all of you over the past decades and will miss talking with you each year over taxes.

You will be well taken care of with the new owner, Amanda R. Phillips, who is not only a CPA but an attorney as well. Amanda brings a wealth of experience with her and will uphold the same level of professionalism, expertise and personalized service that you have come to expect from our firm.

In addition, the staff you have come to know over the years will continue on with the new firm, working with you as they always have and providing the same level of tax preparation service.
